BTS to open 2019 Jingle Ball got ARMYs excited!

On December 6, BTS will be the first K-Pop act to perform at the annual Jingle Ball. They will be sharing the stage with the likes of Katy Perry, Billie Eilish, Halsey, Sam Smith, Camila Cabello, Lizzo, French Montana and Normani.

On November 21, 102.7 KIIS FM confirmed that the South Korean septet will be opening the event via video greeting from the group.

With the millions of fans, a.k.a. the ARMYs waiting for their performance, BTS usually performs near the end of every show they go to just to keep the loyal fans tuned in the entire time. It's pretty obvious that when ARMYs tune out, the traffic drops massively. But that wasn't the case for Jingle Ball. Now this cause a stir online.

For the first time, ARMYs wont be needing to stay up late to watch it (given of different timezones worldwide) or keeping themselves glued to their seats, skipping bathroom and snack breaks in between.

With the ARMYs' predictions of an empty venue and tuning out of the show, KIIS FM responded and still encourage them to stay til the end.

What do you think about this decision?
